We are really excited to be able to announce we’re going back to the building! We have been working hard on risk assessments and plans to create a safe environment for everyone and we are really looking forward to welcoming you back!
There remain a number of guidelines that we all must follow to ensure we keep everyone safe. We have updated our previous guidelines and would ask that you read these by clicking on the “Opening Guidelines” button near the end of this email, before returning to the building.
We get to celebrate Easter together onsite & online, our services will be:
- Good Friday Communion Gathering: 2nd April @7:30pm Onsite and Online
- Easter Sunday Gathering: 4th April @ 10:30am Onsite and Online
Spaces are limited and for “Track and Trace” purposes you will need to “save your seat” for Good Friday and Easter Sunday as well as our Sunday gatherings moving forward. You can do this by going to www.carryduffcommunity.church/save-your-seat. We have a new “ticketing system” in place that we hope is easier for you to use. If can’t use the online system then please contact Pastor Gavin or any of the leadership team directly to save your seat.
We will do our very best to accommodate everyone, however, if you turn up to a gathering without saving your seat first please don’t be offended if we cannot find you a seat. We are restricted to a maximum 65 persons limit.
Restrictions mean we can only open the building once during the week. We want to love, support and connect with people through prayer in their times of need so Healing Rooms will re-open on Thursday evenings to allow people to receive onsite prayer and we will continue to host our Wednesday night devotional and prayer time online only.
On Sunday 11th April at 6:30pm 3C Youth will start to meet onsite again. Pastor Gregg will be in contact with parents and young people about this.
Unfortunately, we are very sorry to say that we are still not in a position to offer children’s ministries such as Sunday School or Creche. We are as disappointed about this as you are, but the current restrictions just don’t allow us to provide a COVID safe environment for our teachers, creche workers and our children.
Small groups, such as the Tuesday morning Ladies prayer group and Kintsugi Hope will be allowed to use the building again from Monday 5th April. These meetings will take place in the main auditorium to ensure all social distancing measures are adhered to.
We will of course keep everything under review and as lockdown restrictions are lifted we will respond accordingly. As a leadership we are excited and expectant for all that God will do in the season to come. Please continue to partner with us, join us and pray with us for all that is ahead.
